Since our last update in Autumn 2023, significant progress has been made on our condominium and master-planned communities as we undertake the largest volume of construction activity in Concert Properties’ history.
With the support of our partners, consultants, suppliers and trades, who play a pivotal role in helping us deliver exceptional homes, we’re excited to share several recent milestones.
North Harbour – North Vancouver
Situated on the picturesque North Vancouver waterfront, North Harbour is a 12-acre master-planned community designed for living, shopping and playing at the water's edge. The community will feature a diverse array of condominium and rental residences.
Significant developments are visible at Drift, the community’s inaugural condominium building, with window installations underway. At Aire, the second condominium offering at the community, the roof on the West building has been successfully poured, while concrete and rebar work at Aire East has advanced to level six.
Progress on the adjacent rental building includes advancements in the concrete structure, exterior drywall, window preparations and mechanical piping.
Additionally, civil infrastructure work along Fell Avenue continues, incorporating improvements to local roads, lighting and sidewalks.
TESORO – Vancouver
Nestled along Vancouver's False Creek, TESORO stands as a striking 17-storey building bringing iconic architecture to the waterfront.
Final touches on the interiors are underway, including amenity, lobby and parkade art installations. With the occupancy permit received in December 2023, anticipation continues to build as future residents are scheduled to move-in this spring.
Burke – Toronto
Centrally located mere steps from Sherbourne Station, and part of the revitalization of Toronto’s St. James Town neighbourhood, Burke is taking shape as an impressive 53-storey tower that pays homage to the locale’s past and future. Seamlessly integrated into the development are three repurposed heritage homes that are being transformed into commercial spaces—a testament to our commitment to revitalizing communities.
The concrete forming on the tower has reached the fifth floor, accompanied by ongoing mechanical and electrical work in the underground parkade.
Myriad in the Heart of Burquitlam – Coquitlam
Myriad is the final phase of The Heart of Burquitlam master-planned community. Created in a unique partnership with the YMCA of Greater Vancouver and the City of Coquitlam, the community features the new rental building, 55One, and the adjacent Bettie Allard YMCA.
Progress on the 50-storey condominium tower is evident as construction forming reaches level 23. Ongoing work throughout the building includes plumbing and window installations.
As we continue to make progress on these exciting projects, we remain committed to our vision of building resilient and sustainable communities across Canada.
