The Kip District in Toronto
Just steps from Kipling Station, Concert’s second master-plan community in Toronto, The Kip District will feature five towers. The second condominium (Kip 2) and the first rental building are now enclosed, with the suite finishes advancing along with the amenities.
Burke in Toronto
Thoughtfully designed, Burke is helping transform an historic Toronto neighbourhood with the introduction of a contemporary tower along with re-purposed heritage homes that will be converted into vibrant commercial spaces. To date, shoring is complete and excavation is ongoing, reaching the third level of five planned levels of underground parking.
Heart of Burquitlam in Coquitlam
A diverse master-planned community located just steps to the Burquitlam SkyTrain station, Heart of Burquitlam will feature condominium and rental buildings, a YMCA facility and a reimagined city park. Construction on the condominium building, Myriad, has begun with bulk excavation and shoring well underway.
The rental tower has now been completed to the roof, with mechanical and electrical roughed in up to the 29th level, and interior suites advancing to the 18th level. The building is designed to be highly energy-efficient and will provide a variety of affordability options. Next door, exterior work is nearly complete on the YMCA building, with interior work expected to be finished this fall.
Tesoro in Vancouver
Just steps from the seawall in Vancouver's Southeast False Creek, The Creek is a vibrant community on one of the city’s last undeveloped waterfront properties. Encompassing six acres, The Creek is a highly connected residential neighbourhood of condominium homes and rental apartments. The final phase, TESORO, is under construction, and most notably the concrete structure has advanced to level five.
North Harbour in North Vancouver
Spanning half a kilometre of waterfront, North Harbour is positioned along the scenic Spirit Trail and Kings Mill Walk Park with breathtaking views of Burrard Inlet, downtown Vancouver and the North Shore mountains. Aire and Drift, the first two condominium offerings, along with a rental tower, comprise the first phase, where site preparation work is currently in progress.
