Meet Natalie Ma, Assistant Resident Services Manager, who joined Concert Properties in 2001.
Does your first professional job relate to the work you do now?
Previously, I was working as an Administrative Assistant where I supported a financial advisor in assisting clients with their questions and managing investment funds and insurance policies. My current role is to assist my Community Manager in leasing and overall management of our residential site, ensuring our residents have an enjoyable experience in our buildings. In both roles, customer service is a priority.
What do you enjoy most about working here?
My team. We are very supportive of each other, just like a family. We are customer-oriented, value integrity and work hard to accomplish our goals, together.
What have you accomplished at Concert Properties that you are most proud of?
Familiarizing myself with the many residents that live in the five buildings at our Collingwood Village master-planned community, and building rapport with them to ensure every resident feels comfortable with our team and happy with their home.
In one sentence, how would you describe your team?
We have diverse skillsets that cover all bases which allows us to be prepared for any scenario and maintain Concert Properties’ reputation for providing industry-leading service.

Not a particular memory, but an ongoing feeling of appreciation from the residents for all the work I have done for them.
