Phase One of North Harbour, Concert’s vibrant 12-acre master-planned waterfront community in North Vancouver, is now sold out. Since its introduction last fall, both Drift and Aire received an overwhelmingly positive response as thousands of visitors to the Presentation Centre experienced the vision of this connected, inclusive and socially sustainable community.
Putting people first is at the heart of the Concert story. Concert is deeply invested in improving the lives of the people who live and work in our communities, acknowledging that communities are more than just buildings – and North Harbour is no exception.
“Connecting friends, families and neighbours on a beautiful shoreline is a central element of North Harbour’s design,” said Colleen Anderson, Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Communications. “These considerations underpin a thoughtful design process, ultimately creating a neighbourhood that fosters a deep sense of belonging. North Harbour is where people of all ages come together in an extraordinary place that is well-appointed, relaxed and authentic.”
When complete, North Harbour will span a half kilometre of waterfront in four phases with up to 17 midrise buildings and 900 homes in a variety of housing types. The Shops at North Harbour will include a lively and considered mix of shops, services, restaurants and office space that represent a dynamic experience for residents and visitors alike.
With the success of Phase One, the Presentation Centre recently closed. Those interested in future phases are asked to register at NorthHarbourByConcert.com to be kept updated as information becomes available.
