TESORO - Vancouver
The Creek is a vibrant six-acre master-planned community of rental and condominium homes on what was one of Vancouver’s last undeveloped waterfront properties on False Creek. The final phase of The Creek, TESORO, is a 17-storey architectural landmark condominium now fully formed with interior finishing work well advanced through the building. In addition, the outdoor water features and functional art installations round out the work in progress.
Burke - Toronto
Steps to Sherbourne Subway Station, Burke is helping transform the historic Toronto neighbourhood of St. James Town. Burke features a contemporary 53-storey tower along with re-purposed heritage homes that will be converted into vibrant commercial spaces. The foundation work is ongoing, and we’ve reached the top parking and mezzanine levels.
North Harbour - North Vancouver
North Harbour is a 12-acre master-planned community for living, shopping and playing on the waterfront in North Vancouver. We recently celebrated a major milestone: all four buildings in the first phase have reached ground level. The first condominium building, Drift, has progressed to the sixth of nine levels. Aire, the second and third condominium buildings, as well as the adjacent rental building, have complete foundations and parkades as construction continues above street level over the summer.
Myriad in the Heart of Burquitlam - Coquitlam
After the successful opening of the 55One rental building and the adjacent Bettie Allard YMCA earlier this year, construction of the final building is well underway in the Heart of Burquitlam master-planned community. The condominium tower, Myriad, has progressed to level six and will continue to 50 storeys as the tower takes a prominent place in Coquitlam’s skyline.
