As we continue to build out the largest volume of construction activity in Concert Properties’ history, we are excited to share our progress since the summer 2023 update.
With several milestones recently achieved across our active construction projects, we extend our sincere appreciation to our partners, consultants, suppliers and trades for their contributions and dedication to delivering these exceptional homes.
TESORO – Vancouver
Nestled on one of the final undeveloped waterfront properties along Vancouvers' False Creek, TESORO is a striking 17-storey building set to become an architectural landmark.
Interior finishing is ongoing throughout the building, which includes work on the spa and other amenities. Additionally, progress continues to be made in the parkade, entrance ramp, outdoor water features and art installations.
Burke – Toronto
Within walking distance of Sherbourne Subway Station, Burke is a driving force behind the revitalization of Toronto’s St. James Town neighbourhood. This project is a modern 53-story tower accompanied by repurposed heritage homes set to transform into vibrant commercial spaces.
Concrete forming on the tower continues and has now reached the second floor.
North Harbour – North Vancouver
Situated on the North Vancouver waterfront, North Harbour is a 12-acre master-planned community designed to offer a complete living, shopping and recreational experience. When completed, the community will feature a variety of condominium and rental residences.
The roof was recently poured at Drift, the first condominium building. Suspended slab forming continues to progress at Aire, the second condominium offering of the community, as well as in the adjacent rental building. Additionally, civil work along Fell Avenue has commenced on improvements to local roads, lighting and sidewalks.
Myriad in the Heart of Burquitlam – Coquitlam
The Heart of Burquitlam is a master-planned community created in a unique partnership with the YMCA of Greater Vancouver and the City of Coquitlam. The community features the recently opened 55One rental building and the adjacent Bettie Allard YMCA.
The 50-storey condominium tower, Myriad, represents the final phase of the community.
Construction of the tower structure continues its ascent and recently reached the 13th floor. Other ongoing work throughout the building includes plumbing and window installations.
As we continue to make progress on these projects, we are excited at moving forward toward our vision of building resilient and sustainable communities across Canada a reality.
