Vancouver, BC – Concert is extremely proud to announce that the company’s 88 Scott development has received nine nominations in the 2013 BILD (Building Industry and Land Development) Awards.
88 Scott, the company’s 58-storey tower in the heart of downtown Toronto was nominated for Project of the Year, Best High-Rise Building Design, Best Suite Design - Under 750 sq. ft. and Best Places to Grow Community of the Year. The sales and marketing efforts for 88 Scott were also recognized with nominations for Best High-Rise Sales Office, Best Model Suite, Best Project Rendering, Best Project Logo and Best Social Media Campaign.

Now in its 33rd year, the BILD Awards are presented by the Building Industry and Land Development Association (formed through the merger of the Greater Toronto Home Builders' Association and Urban Development Institute/Ontario) to recognize the builders, designers and sales and marketing professionals that bring developments to life in the Greater Toronto Area. The winners will be announced at a gala reception on Friday, April 26, 2013 at the Paramount Conference & Event Venue.
