The Kip District, located in the Kipling and Dundas area of Central Etobicoke, is Concert’s fifth master-plan community. This is a rapidly developing area, just steps to Kipling Station, and is Concert’s second master-plan community in Etobicoke.
The Kip District Tower One is sold out and construction is well underway. Phase Two will be the second of five architecturally-distinctive towers encircling a central square and park, standing 24-storeys and offering a selection of one bedroom, one bedroom + den and two bedroom homes.
The first look at The Kip District Phase Two Condominiums is now online at www.TheKipDistrict.com, and the Sales Centre is expected to open in fall 2017.
