As a way to thank residential and commercial tenants, Concert organizes a number of Tenant Appreciation Events throughout June to September. During the month of July, several outdoor events were organized.
At Shalimar Place, a collection of rental townhomes, the event was family-focused. Balloon animals and face painting were a hit among children and adults alike.
But tenants not only enjoyed great food, company and summer weather – they also took the opportunity to leverage these events as a way to give back to their communities. Willowbrook Business Park, a multi-tenant commercial building, and EECOL Electric, a single-tenant commercial building, filled boxes with non-perishable food items and collected cash donations for the Langley Food Bank.
At Concert, our goal is to contribute to vibrant communities, and we are pleased to support our tenants in doing the same. A special thank you to Allstar/Pacific Rim, Beatty Floors, Continental Roofing, KPH and Urban Impact for generously providing the prizes for our raffle winners at these events.
